Who we are
FORG is built by LocusCore. For any privacy question or request relating to the waitlist, contact us at locus.administration@gmail.com. LocusCore is the data controller for the information described below.
What we collect, and why
When you join the waitlist, we collect:

| IP address & approximate location at signup | Collected automatically by our email tool for security and anti-abuse. |
| Email engagement (opens, clicks) | Recorded by our email tool once launch announcements are sent. |
We collect nothing else. We do not ask for your name, and no health, financial, or other personal data is involved in the waitlist. The waitlist is kept separate from the FORG application — joining it does not create a FORG account.
Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit your email. You may withdraw it at any time (see “Your choices”).
Who processes your email
We use Mailchimp (operated by The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a Mailchimp, an Intuit company) to manage the waitlist and send emails. Your email address is processed by Mailchimp in the United States. Where required for transfers of data from the EU, UK, or Switzerland, Mailchimp’s Data Processing Addendum incorporates the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and Mailchimp is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Mailchimp processes your email only to provide this service to us, not for its own purposes. See Mailchimp’s privacy statement.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or license your email address or any other personal data, and we do not use it for advertising. The only third party that receives it is Mailchimp, solely to operate the waitlist.
How long we keep it
We keep your email on the waitlist until launch communications conclude or you unsubscribe — whichever comes first — after which the waitlist is deleted. Unsubscribing removes you from active emailing immediately.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
- Access, export, or delete the data we hold about you — email locus.administration@gmail.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
- If you’re in the EU/UK, you also have rights under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) and may complain to your local data protection authority.
- If you’re in California, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell or share personal information.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the waitlist evolves. When FORG’s app becomes available, this page will be replaced by FORG’s full privacy policy covering all data the app handles.
